Rebecca’s Comments
There is an essay and activity for each day and each essay starts with a quote. The readings and activities are in “bite-sized portions,” the book cover says. It’s about being in the moment and being aware of your thoughts and actions. I love the readings and tools he suggests and recommend this as a daily reader for anyone trying to apply honesty and self-knowledge in their lives. It’s an easy daily commitment that can lead to greater self-awareness.

Catherine’s Comments:
Though I enjoyed some of the essays in this daybook, I found it a little harder to commit to on a daily basis. The quotes were interesting and the way he applied them to the soundbite lessons made the daily reading easy to understand. I can recommend this book without reservation, as well as his other works. I am a great fan of his insights and ability to convey them with honesty and vulnerability.
