The Present Moment: A Daybook of Clarity and Intuition by Penney Peirce
Rebecca’s Comment:
I found it easy to commit to this book because it’s only one page per day and there is a page for each day of the year. On each page, she offers a story from her own experience, or someone else’s, and a short activity. The benefits I’ve gotten:
- trusting my intuition more
- feeling more connected with my feelings and motivations
- seeing a verification of the increase in intuition and connection
I enjoy the daily reminder to be fully present in the moment and make it meaningful. It’s at times inspirational, other times a confirmation of like-minded thought, and/or instructional. I recommend picking this up at any time of the year and following it for a while to see how it opens your awareness of how you’re spending your energy.
Catherine’s Comment:
This book resonated with me on so many levels. I so enjoyed reading the daily essays and thinking through how to apply the wisdom to my own life! It helped me focus on trusting my intuition and trusting the Universe to send messages to me. I would highly recommend using this book for a year.
